What Our Commercial High-Surface Dusting

  • Debris & fine dust removal: Collect, bag, and stage debris; remove adhesive residue, stickers, overspray, and protective films

  • Detail cleaning of walls, ceilings, and fixtures: Top-down HEPA vacuuming, wipe-downs of trim, doors, baseboards, outlets, and switches

  • Interior & exterior glass cleaning: Windows, sills, tracks, and entry doors (lift access as needed)

  • Final floor cleaning for occupancy: Auto-scrub hard floors, grout haze removal, carpet vacuuming/extraction as scoped, and polish where required

What is the Difference Between a Rough Clean and a Final Clean in Post-Construction?

Rough Clean

Early phase after enclosure. We remove heavy debris, sweep/vac large dust, peel films, and scrape major residues so finish trades (paint, flooring) can work efficiently.

Final Clean

After all trades are done. We perform top-down HEPA dust removal, detail walls/trim/fixtures, clean interior & exterior glass, sanitize kitchens/restrooms, and complete final floor prep (auto-scrub, carpet vacuum/extract, grout haze removal).

Touch-Up (Puff Clean)

Just before handover/opening. We re-wipe fingerprints, re-vac/dust mop for settled dust, polish entries, and ensure the space is truly move-in ready.
